- Event overview: Franklin is co-hosting this roundtable in collaboration with the City & Guilds, based in London. We’re bringing together companies from the U.S. and the U.K. to share experiences and best practices around promoting gender diversity in apprenticeship programs. We’ll also explore how to use apprenticeships as a positive catalyst for gender diversity more broadly.
- The event starts with a panel which includes representatives and apprentices from T-Mobile, NatWest Bank, the Urban Institute and Siemens. Then, we’ll host smaller breakout sessions which facilitate more in-depth discussion.
